  • Engage with inbound leads and inquiries to qualify and convert them into business opportunities
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert new leads
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop reports and track progress
  • Schedule appointments and property visits to close deals
  • Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through referrals and up-selling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Channel Partners to drive regular business
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of business development success through effective sales strategies
  • Ability to understand client needs and preferences to generate potential business
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Aptitude to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to drive results and meet key deliverables in a timely manner
  • Strong desire to compete and win, with a team-oriented approach
  • Prior experience in the Hospitality industry is a plus
