Job Overview

This role involves leading sales strategies to drive growth across the US staffing industry.

You will be responsible for overseeing a team of sales executives and building strong relationships with key clients.

The ideal candidate should possess deep knowledge of the staffing industry, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand market presence and penetrate new markets.
  • Business Development: Engage in high-level business development activities to secure key accounts and drive new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, industry shifts, and competitor activities to adjust strategies and remain competitive.
  • P&L Management: Oversee the sales budget, monitor expenses, and ensure profitability.
Requirements
  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in staffing sales, with at least 5 years in a management or leadership role within the US staffing market.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the US staffing industry.
  • Sales Skills: Proven success in business development, client relationship management, and closing high-value deals.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and financial data.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software.

Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
