**Franchise Sales Opportunities**

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Sales Professional to lead our franchise sales efforts at Staffing Solutions. As a key contributor to our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new franchise opportunities, building relationships with potential partners, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

  • Pursue and close new franchise deals, developing and executing effective sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential franchise opportunities and assess their viability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective franchisees, providing them with ongoing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional materials and initiatives that attract high-quality franchise partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in franchise sales and expansion, preferably in the telecom industry.
  • Strong understanding of franchise business models and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential franchise partners.
  • Able to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
