Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Franchise Growth Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our franchise operations.

This exciting opportunity is ideal for someone with 3 years of experience in franchise development or sales, who is passionate about building strong business relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring the long-term success of our franchise network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Franchise Recruitment: Identify and engage potential franchise partners through lead generation, market research, and targeted outreach. Manage the recruitment process from prospecting to franchise agreement execution.
  • Franchise Development Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and attract high-quality franchise candidates. Utilize a mix of traditional and digital marketing methods.
  • Franchise Sales Presentations: Conduct in-depth presentations and meetings with prospective franchisees, highlighting the benefits of joining our network and walking them through the onboarding process.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct research and analysis of target markets to identify growth opportunities, expansion areas, and areas for improvement.
  • Franchise Support & Training: Serve as the primary point of contact for franchisees during the onboarding phase. Ensure they understand the operational processes and provide guidance on initial setup and launch.
  • Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate terms and conditions with potential franchisees. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize franchise agreements.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current and potential franchisees to ensure satisfaction and support their success.
  • Franchise Performance Monitoring: Work closely with the operations team to ensure franchisee performance meets company standards and objectives. Provide ongoing support to franchisees as they scale their businesses.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum Experience: 3 years in franchise development, sales, or business development (preferably within a franchise system).
  • Strong Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in franchising within the luxury industry, knowledge of legal and financial aspects of franchising.
