Promilo Franchise Sales Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Franchise Sales Manager to join our team at Promilo. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing franchise recruitment strategies, and building strong relationships with potential franchisees.
Main Responsibilities
Present business plans to potential clients and negotiate franchise agreement terms.
Schedule sales meetings with interested delegates and follow up until franchise sign-ups.
Coordinate the franchise recruiting process.
Manage Footprints franchise sales and lead database.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Proficiency in relevant computer applications, including MS Office and Google Sheets.
Data entry skills.
Active listening, persuasiveness, persistence, telephone etiquette, and customer focus.
High energy level.
