Job Title: Luxury Interior Sales Specialist

At Willow Interiors, we're seeking a skilled Luxury Interior Sales Specialist to promote and sell our premium luxury interior products to retail residential and commercial clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, conducting market research, generating leads, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell premium luxury interior products
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
  • Generate leads and follow-up on sales inquiries
  • Coordinate with the design and manufacturing teams
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets

Requirements:
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in sales and marketing
  • Strong knowledge of B2B and B2C marketing
  • Proven track record of lead generation and successful sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
  • Experience in telemarketing and CRM software
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
