- Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our luxury watch collections, including their history, craftsmanship, and unique features.
- Sales and Consultation: Guide clients through the selection process, providing expert advice and recommendations based on their preferences.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a client information and preferences database to foster long-term relationships.
- Networking: Connect with leading interior designers and architects to enhance business through their clientele.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an aesthetically pleasing boutique environment.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and communicate product availability to clients.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical sales practices and industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in luxury retail sales, preferably in high-end fashion or luxury furniture or art gallery.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury fashion and watches.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
