Senior Sales Leader

As a Senior Sales Leader at Zimson Watches, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of sales representatives in Bengaluru. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that sales quotas are met, and working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
