Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our Channel Sales team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, training, and guiding a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management
- Identify and prioritize key customers and prospects to drive business growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales leadership and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to drive business decisions
- Strong customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
