Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated Senior Franchise Development Executive to join our team. As a key member of our franchise development team, you will be responsible for presenting business plans to potential clients, negotiating terms and conditions of the franchise agreement, scheduling sales meetings, and following up until franchise sign-ups.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Presenting business plans to potential clients and negotiating the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement
  • Scheduling sales meetings with interested delegates and following them up until franchise sign-ups
  • Coordinating the franchise recruiting process
  • Managing Footprints franchise sales and lead database

Responsibilities

Contacting Leads and Qualifying Opportunities
  • Making telephone calls to assigned leads to validate information and present details about the Promilo franchise
  • Generating leads through multiple sales and marketing activities
  • Pre-qualifying leads by asking questions about location preferences, profiles, interests, etc.
  • P Presenting information to qualified leads about the Promilo franchise model, investment required, etc. and concluding calls by sending prospects emails/messages with links for further information
  • Capturing and documenting lead information in the system
  • Entering and updating prospect information in the database
  • Scheduling follow-up calls to assess interest levels and qualify prospects for face-to-face meetings
  • Requesting EOI forms from prospects to collect funding information
  • Scheduling face-to-face meetings between prospects and Relationship Managers
  • Distributing ROI-Sheets, Term-Sheets, and Agreement Drafts to approved candidates
  • Answering queries, providing information, assisting with personal visits, and offering support as needed
