Franchise Sales & Expansion Lead
About the Role:
Staffing Solutions is seeking a Franchise Sales & Expansion Lead to develop and implement strategies for franchise sales and expansion within assigned regions. This role is responsible for identifying and evaluating potential franchise partners, conducting market research to assess opportunities, and building and maintaining strong relationships with franchisees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement franchise sales and expansion strategies within assigned regions.
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, conducting market research and assessing opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing support and guidance throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential franchise partners to promote the franchise model and its benefits.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide ongoing support to ensure compliance with company standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional materials and initiatives to attract franchise partners.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on franchise sales performance and market trends.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in franchise sales and expansion, preferably in the education or telecom industry.
- Strong understanding of franchise business models and operational processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with potential franchise partners.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market opportunities and franchise performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in franchise management or operations is a plus.
