Business Development Associate Manager

We’re looking for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Asian Business Exhibitions & Conferences Ltd - ABECL. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and negotiate agreements.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth, improve revenue, and increase market share.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-3 years of business development experience in a similar industry.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
