We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our rapidly expanding team in Bangalore, India. As a key member of our PE/VC business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, growing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with our sales execution and delivery assessment teams to generate new business and grow existing PE relationships. You will be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a customer-centric approach.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Relentlessly research and seek out new potential accounts and individual buyers to tee up meetings for our Director of PE/VC.
  • Prospect via emails, LinkedIn, and other methods at volume, with daily direction from the Director of PE/VC.
  • Work collaboratively with the Director of PE/VC to ensure qualified leads convert into new PE referral sources and clients.
  • Schedule introductory meetings for qualified prospects.

Requirements:

  • An interest in a commercial facing relationship or career in sales.
  • An understanding of the PE/VC ecosystem and its nuances.
  • Excellent persuasive writing skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to take feedback, make adjustments, and handle objections.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
