Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Professional to contribute to the growth and development of our brand. As a Sales Executive, you will play a key role in creating brand awareness, communicating with target audiences, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and initiatives to drive business growth.
- Engage with target audiences through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and other marketing platforms.
- Foster and develop customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
- Support the Marketing Manager in executing marketing plans, advertising campaigns, and direct marketing activities.
- Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information for targeted marketing efforts.
- Cordinate the effective distribution of marketing materials, both physical and digital, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
- Create engaging marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyse marketing metrics and campaign performance to evaluate effectiveness and provide regular reports to the Marketing Manager.
