We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Business Growth Associate.
Key Responsibilities:
Familiarize yourself with our products and services.
Connect with new prospective students through social media, references, TPO of colleges, direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
Attend networking activities to research and connect with prospective students.
Provide proper counseling and guidance to students regarding our courses and benefits.
Maintain ongoing relationships with existing students to ensure their retention.
Suggest upgrades or added products and services that may interest students.
Negotiate with students to provide attractive prices.
Equip staff with technical and social skills to enhance sales.
Remain in tune with consumption trends to ensure our offerings remain relevant.
