Job Description: Business Development Associate

This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth for LearnNex. As a Business Development Associate, you will conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pursue New Business Opportunities: Identify and chase new revenue streams to fuel our growth.
  • Conduct Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs to inform our sales strategies.
  • Generate Leads: Utilize various outreach methods like calls, emails, and social media to connect with prospective clients.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with potential clients to increase chances of closing deals.
  • Promote Company Products/Services: Effectively present and promote our offerings to meet client requirements.
  • Negotiate Contracts: Collaborate with clients to agree on pricing, terms, and conditions.
  • Sales Strategy Alignment: Work closely with internal teams to align sales objectives and strategies.
  • Sales Activity Tracking: Monitor and report on sales progress, updating CRM tools as needed.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Aftersales Support: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through dedicated support services.
Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Effective Presentation and Communication skills to engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Lead Generation and Market Research expertise to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Presentation Crafting abilities to create compelling presentations.
  • Verbal and Written Communication skills to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Market Research and Lead Generation capabilities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong Organizational and Time-Management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • All graduates and post-graduates are eligible.
  • Minimum GPA of 5.5
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Preferably experience in inside sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in the edu-tech industry or a similar sector.
Interview Process

The interview process consists of two rounds:

  • Telephonic Round
  • Personal Interview (Video call Round)
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package:

  • Probation period structure: INR 25,000 per month.
  • CTC per annum after probation: INR 4,32,000 Fixed + INR 2,40,000 Variable.
  • Probation: 3 months
  • Employment mode: Remote
