About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to assist our team in expanding our market presence and client base in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels
  • Assist in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and partners; support in following up with leads and nurturing prospects
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor competitor activities and assist in formulating strategies to maintain a competitive edge
  • Assist in creating marketing materials, such as brochures and digital campaigns, to promote new developments or properties

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing or a related field
  • Strong interest in the hospitality industry and a desire to learn about business development and sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Estimated Salary: ₹ 20,000 - ₹ 30,000 per month
