Growth Marketing Team Head Job DescriptionThis senior role involves managing CRM, automation tools, data tools for marketing purposes, ie, Airtable, customer.io, LinkedHelper, etc. You will work closely with a group of talented young growth associates to improve the acquisition funnel performance and target identification.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy
- Lead a team of growth marketers to drive results
- Analyze campaign results and maintain dashboards & databases
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- 4+ years of growth marketing experience
- 1+ years of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of conversion funnel concept, automation tools, data-driven decisioning and digital marketing
