Head of Revenue Growth

We are seeking a Head of Revenue Growth to join our DriveX team. This role involves leading our sales team and driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales strategy.
You will be responsible for managing a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and objectives. You will also oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, monitoring and analysing sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies for key accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving overall company goals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. You will also require excellent leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
