Head of Sales and Marketing

Company Overview: DriveX is a forward-thinking organization seeking a highly skilled Head of Sales and Marketing to drive revenue growth and brand awareness. We offer a competitive salary range of $180,000 - $220,000 per annum.
Job Description:
1. Strategic Sales and Marketing Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve corporate revenue and branding goals.
2. Team Leadership:
- Manage a high-performing sales team and collaborate with the marketing team to achieve shared objectives.
3. Sales Execution:
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for customer retention and expansion.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and drive sales effectiveness.
6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the sales department budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales goals.
7. Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving overall company objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the sales process and experience implementing effective sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
