Job Title: Regional Head of Sales

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our sales efforts in Delhi and South India (Bangalore/Chennai). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in cash management services, and a deep understanding of the market.

About the Role:

The Regional Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share. This includes establishing and nurturing relationships with BFSI and organized retailers to promote CMS's cash management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with BFSI and organized retailers to promote CMS's cash management solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of at least 10 years in sales, with significant experience in cash management services.
  • Strong network within the BFSI sector and organized retail industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Compensation:

A competitive salary with performance-based incentives is offered. The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹8-12 lakhs depending on experience and qualifications.
