We're seeking a Regional Business Development Head to join our team at Walking Tree, where you'll be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth.

This exciting role requires a highly motivated and experienced sales leader who can develop and implement effective sales strategies, lead and manage a team of sales representatives, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners.

As a Regional Business Development Head, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue and market penetration goals.
  • Leading, managing, and mentoring a team of sales representatives.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, prospects, and partners.
  • Overseeing complex negotiations and managing strategic accounts to drive business growth.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on sales performance, trends, and KPIs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in sales management, with a track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing teams and developing high-performing sales professionals.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and the company's products and services.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $160,000 - $220,000 per year.
