About the Opportunity:

Tyroo is offering a Regional Business Development Lead position that focuses on developing new business opportunities, driving sales, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders in the region.

This is a high-impact role that requires both strategic thinking and tactical execution to ensure client success and revenue creation. Key responsibilities include building a strong network of high-value clients and agencies, developing proposals, delivering pitches, and closing deals to meet business objectives.

The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of media sales experience, with a proven track record of performance ad sales and a strong network of advertisers and digital media agencies. Experience with selling Ad tech platforms/DSP is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business opportunities for the Tyroo-Outbrain partnership in the region
  • Build, cultivate, and leverage a strong network of high-value clients and agencies
  • Develop proposals, deliver pitches, and close deals to meet business objectives
  • Proactively communicate and anticipate issues with internal and external stakeholders
  • Owning and managing monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
  • Monitoring and analyzing sales and market trends to develop an effective strategic sales plan

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of media sales experience
  • Proven experience in performance ad sales
  • A strong network of advertisers and digital media agencies
  • Experience with selling Ad tech platforms/DSP (a plus)

Estimated Salary: ₹14,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum
