About the Role

The Regional Business Development Director is a strategic leadership position responsible for driving business growth and expansion within a designated geographic region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives for the specific region.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing sales and distribution team, including city master franchise, area managers, and business development team.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Ensure that sales per store are achieved and KPIs are met or exceeded within the designated zone or region.
  • Distribution Management: Oversee the distribution network and logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products or services to Franchisees.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes through research and analysis.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on sales and development performance, market trends, and regional insights to inform senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies within the designated region.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's or MBA is often preferred).
  • Proven experience in business development leadership roles.
  • Excellent leadership, management, and team-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

What We Offer

Talent Corner offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
