Regional Business Development Director

Hudle is seeking a highly skilled Sports Infrastructure Operations Manager to lead our regional operations team. This role will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 20-30 sports facilities across the region, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and operational management. They will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and customers, as well as driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
About You:
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or operational management
- You possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- You are familiar with Hudle's products and services, including our consumer and partner apps
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of 30-50 people directly and indirectly
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and customers
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and initiatives
- Ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction at all sports facilities
- Develop and implement business processes, policies, and systems to drive operational excellence
Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
