At Watsonite, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional results through innovative sales strategies and effective operations. We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales Operations to join our team and help us optimize our sales processes and drive business growth.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, optimizing sales processes, and forecasting sales to ensure accurate predictions. You will also lead a team of sales professionals and work closely with other departments to drive business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes
- Forecast sales, track key metrics, and develop sales reports
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue targets
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective sales and marketing campaigns
Requirements and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in the education or training industry
- MBA degree with a specialization in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in sales CRM and other relevant software
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated salary for this role is $110,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
