About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Global Sales Director to join our team at TVS Next. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share.

With over 10 years of direct sales experience in IT services from offshore locations, you will have a proven track record of delivering results and achieving targets. You will lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations to ensure they meet their targets.

You will take ownership of building sales processes, methodologies, and best practices from scratch, streamlining and optimizing sales workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with industry standards. Your strong understanding of the Indian market, including cultural nuances, business landscape, and industry trends, will be invaluable in identifying new business opportunities and market trends.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, expand market share, and maximize profitability.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and performance evaluations.
  • Take ownership of building sales processes, methodologies, and best practices from scratch.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends, staying updated on industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Set sales targets, monitor progress, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
About the Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹80-100 lakhs (approximately $1-1.5 million USD), based on industry standards and your level of experience.
