Job Description

As our Commercial Vehicle Sales Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. You will lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets in competitive and dynamic markets.

  • Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
    • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
    • Identify opportunities, segments, and industries for sustained growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.

* Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions addressing their specific challenges and objectives.

* Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the Video Telematics industry.

Requirements

* Minimum of 6 years experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion, preferably in the Electronics, Commercial Vehicle, or technology sector, with a focus on Telematics.

* Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, with demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in competitive and dynamic markets.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
