Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to join our team at Wipro Consumer Care. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase market share and revenue in SAARC countries.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and marketing, with experience in managing large teams and multiple customers. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong commercial orientation.

The role requires a deep understanding of the FMCG industry and a proven ability to think strategically and out of the box. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a good educational pedigree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and profitability targets by developing and implementing effective strategies.
  • Plan and manage ATL/BTL budgets for respective countries and ensure their effective utilization/implementation.
  • Support channel partners, including large distributors, and manage trade partner relationships.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to identify new markets and opportunities.
  • Manage the sales team, including CMs, operations coordinators, NSMs, and ASMs, to ensure effective execution of sales and marketing plans.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial orientation and ability to think strategically.
