DriveX Sales Head

Estimated salary: ₹ 1,500,000 - ₹ 3,000,000 per annum.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Head to lead our sales team at DriveX. This role is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record of success in leadership positions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.

  1. Develop Strategic Sales Plans:
    In this role, you will develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate goals and objectives. You will analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  2. Team Leadership:
    You will manage a high-performing sales team, set performance targets, provide regular feedback, and foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture. As a leader, you will demonstrate effective sales techniques and customer relationship management.
  3. Sales Execution:
    You will oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals. You will monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure targets are met. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies for key accounts.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. They will possess a strong understanding of the sales process, excellent leadership and team management skills, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and analytical mindsets. A bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is essential, and knowledge of Kannada and Tamil languages is mandatory along with English and Hindi.
