Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team at Shriram Properties Limited. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to enhance performance and achieve individual and team goals.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 + years of experience in sales, with at least [Y] years in a management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
