Sales Team Leader

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Team Leader to spearhead our sales efforts in the edutech and training industry. This role involves building and leading a high-performance sales team dedicated to engaging with customers who have registered for our initial programs and persuading them to invest in more advanced offerings.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating significant revenue through effective sales strategies and team management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust sales strategies and processes that maximize conversion rates from initial program participants to higher-tier programs.
The team will be responsible for designing and refining sales processes, systems, and scripts to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across all sales interactions.
The Sales Team Leader will also be responsible for monitoring team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and training to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of sales targets.
In addition, the candidate will drive the team to generate revenue by successfully engaging customers and upselling or cross-selling as appropriate.
The team will also be responsible for recruiting top-tier sales talent and providing them with the training and resources needed to succeed.
The Sales Team Leader will provide regular reports to senior management on sales progress, pipeline, and forecasts.
To succeed in this role, the candidate will need to possess strong leadership skills, exceptional communication skills, and a strategic mindset with a focus on developing effective sales strategies and processes that align with company goals.
The estimated salary for this role is ₹2,500,000 per annum, considering the location and industry standards.
