Job Summary

We seek an experienced Sales Team Leader to lead our sales operations and drive revenue growth across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a team of 8+ sales professionals to achieve sales goals.
  • Hire, train, and mentor your team for continuous growth and success.
  • Work with senior management to implement effective strategies to drive revenue.
  • Build lasting partnerships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular audits to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proficiency in Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, English, and Hindi.
  • Proven ability to manage and motivate teams under pressure.
  • Comfortable overseeing operations in multiple cities.
  • Skill in optimizing resources to meet business goals.
  • Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Analytical and quick decision-making abilities.
