Sales Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Officer to spearhead our sales team's efforts and develop innovative strategies to drive business growth. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, identifying new revenue opportunities, and building long-lasting relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
