About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Commercial Expansion Leader to join our team at Wesco. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to drive business growth, expand our market presence, and strengthen our competitive position.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to increase revenue, expand product lines, and penetrate new markets. You will analyze and monitor business growth and decline, providing solutions to improve our market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability.
  • Retain and expand existing company relationships, product lines, or market segments, and solicit new business from prospective customers and suppliers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's in Business Administration preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience directly related to the position, preferably in Security Solutions.
  • Strong financial analysis, sales, and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry including suppliers, customers, and competitors.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $240,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
