Job Description:

In this role as a Global Commercial Vehicle Telematics Sales Director at Streamax Technology Co., Ltd., you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion in the commercial vehicle telematics industry.

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our sales strategy and executing plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion, lead and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets, and identify opportunities, segments, and industries for sustained growth and expansion.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and retention, collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions addressing their specific challenges and objectives, and act as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the Video Telematics industries.
  • Market Expansion: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and market expansion, identify strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand market reach and drive revenue growth, and develop and maintain a network of industry contacts to generate new business opportunities and foster strategic alliances.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 6 years experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion, preferably in the Electronics, Commercial Vehicle, or technology sector, with a focus on Telematics.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, with demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in competitive and dynamic markets.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with experience in implementing effective sales processes, tools, and systems to optimize sales performance and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams, foster a culture of excellence and innovation, and lead by example with integrity and professionalism.
