Strategic Business Development Lead

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Business Development Lead to join our team at Streamax Technology Co., Ltd. as a key member of our overseas marketing team. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth and market expansion through strategic sales planning, leadership, and execution.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Identify opportunities, segments, and industries for sustained growth and expansion.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions addressing their specific challenges and objectives.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive developments, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and market expansion.
- Identify strategic partnerships, alliances, and distribution channels to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to leadership team.
- Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing revenue and profitability.
- Minimum of 6 years experience in sales leadership roles, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion, preferably in the Electronics, Commercial Vehicle, or technology sector, with a focus on Telematics.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, with demonstrated success in achieving and surpassing sales targets in competitive and dynamic markets.
