Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our Institution Channel sales efforts in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive business growth in the Institution Channel. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing relationships with key clients, and developing strategies to expand our presence in the market.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets for the Institution Channel.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Institution Channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-15 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of the Institution Channel and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
