We are a leading Beverage Manufacturing company seeking a highly skilled Area Sales Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and achieve sales targets for the Institutional channel in the assigned territory, ensuring optimum utilization of resources.
  • Monitor and control sales budgets to ensure effective resource allocation.
  • Ensure product availability and visibility to maintain optimum fill rates and minimize out-of-stock situations.
  • Develop and implement sales forecasts, targets, and promotions for all categories in the assigned territory.
  • Influence in-store merchandising, including space, assortment, and displays.
  • Manage new product introductions and accounts receivables in collaboration with the team.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver their performance metrics.
  • Recruit, test, and hire Territory Sales Officers based on agreed-upon criteria.
  • Conduct one-on-one reviews with team members to build effective communication, understand training needs, and provide developmental inputs.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes within the team.
