Senior Institutional Sales Director

Cult Sport, a leading sports footwear and apparel brand, seeks an experienced Senior Institutional Sales Director to drive business growth through government tenders, institutional distributors, and defense and police canteens.

Responsibilities- Identify and secure business opportunities through government tenders, including those on the GeM portal.
- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional distributors to promote Cult Sport's footwear and apparel products.
- Build sales pipelines with key government institutions, including army and police canteens.
- Drive institutional sales performance by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain strong product visibility and presence in government and institutional channels.
- Demonstrated experience in institutional sales, particularly with government tenders, GeM portal, or institutional distributors.
- Preference given to candidates with a background in sports footwear brands.
- Strong knowledge of government procurement processes and institutional sales dynamics.
- Proven success in meeting and exceeding institutional sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and institutional sales.
Salary: ₹25,00,000 - ₹40,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
