Senior Sales Director

We have an urgent opening for a Senior Sales Director in our Bangalore and Chennai offices.
- Manage sales activities through our network of dealers and distributors to achieve business targets for home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and housing loans.
- Lead a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives.
- Built strong relationships with dealers and clients to increase sales revenue.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to ensure they are meeting their targets.
Requirements
Candidates should have relevant experience in home loan and LAP products.
A minimum of 4 years of experience is required, with a maximum of 10 years.
Candidates should be from Banking or NBFC background only.
The ideal candidate will have good connections with dealers and distributors.
We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic salary of Rs.12,00,000 per annum, along with performance-based incentives.
