Job Overview: Sales Director - Institutional and Export Markets

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our institutional sales and export efforts. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and establishing strong relationships with institutional clients and export partners. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the institutional and export segments.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with institutional clients, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies, and other food service providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including institutional clients, distributors, and export partners, to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive performance and foster a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales and export operations.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory requirements to inform strategic decision-making and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Oversee the export process from order placement to delivery, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote our products and services and expand our network of contacts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
