Channel Growth Manager

We are looking for an experienced Channel Growth Manager to join our team and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. This is a challenging role that requires a high level of autonomy, strong negotiation skills, and effective communication.
The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in channel/partner sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic partner growth plan, identifying and recruiting potential channel partners, and managing partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions.
This role offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic partner growth plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach.
- Manage partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technology field.
- 6-8 years of experience in channel/partner sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to interact with international prospects.
