About the Job
Nexthink is a leading provider of IT service management solutions, and we are seeking a Senior Channel Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our channel development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth through our channel partners.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in channel development, sales management, and business development, with a strong understanding of the MSP ecosystem and its complexities. You will work closely with our partners to identify opportunities, develop joint business plans, and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
About the Role
- Develop and execute channel development strategies to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies
- Manage a team to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in channel development, sales management, and business development
- Proven success in developing partner ecosystems and driving revenue growth
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits and incentives to support your success in this role.
