Senior Channel Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Channel Development Manager to join our team at Palo Alto Networks. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing channel strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand our presence in the Indian market.
As a Senior Channel Development Manager, you will work closely with our local sales team, partner management, and technical communities to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver measurable results. Your primary focus will be on enabling and supporting our channel partners to become successful with Palo Alto Networks' products and services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity, experience in channel development, and excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of success in building channel business and establishing key relationships with named partners and large systems integrators.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute channel strategies that drive revenue growth, increase market share, and expand our presence in the Indian market
* Work closely with local sales teams, partner management, and technical communities to identify opportunities, build relationships, and deliver measurable results
* Enable and support channel partners to become successful with Palo Alto Networks' products and services
* Establish key relationships with named partners and large systems integrators
* Conduct regular business reviews to ensure plans are on track and adjust as needed
* Meet regularly with key stakeholders from Palo Alto Networks Channel, Sales, and Technical communities to ensure continuous communication of programs, partner updates, and best practices
Requirements
* 10+ years of dynamic channel development experience around GSIs, Service Providers, and traditional endpoint partners in India
* Experience and deep understanding of Sec Ops environments
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation, customer, business, and negotiation skills
* Strong understanding of the sales process and business needs of named partners
* Ability to multitask in a dynamic, rapidly growing organization
* Higher education or university degree or equivalent military experience required
