Global Channel Partner Development Manager

Job DescriptionThe Global Channel Partner Development Manager plays a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing channel partner and service vendor network performance. This individual will work closely with regional sales and service teams to drive product and service growth through data-driven insights and strategic planning.
Duties & Responsibilities- Research and analyze global channel partner and service vendor performance, footprint, capacity, and coverage constraints.
- Support regional teams with partner performance scoring activities, log channel performance, and capture sales and service plans to address shortcomings.
- Analyze data trends and recommend remedial actions to improve sales, partner inventory levels, and age.
- Maintain tiered incentive schemes and tools to increase revenues and profits from indirect channels and manage their implementation and operation.
- Build and maintain a risk and opportunity register for the partner landscape, identifying strengths, weaknesses, threats, and opportunities for each region.
- Maintain a global schedule for third-party contract renewals and prompt contract owners to initiate timely renewals.
- Collate information to support channel partner and services vendor approvals processes and provide reporting on approvals status.
Skill Requirements:
- Provide data, costing, financial models to support change of route to market assessments and input to business cases working with region and functional stakeholders.
- Provide monthly reports on partner performance, sales, pipeline, and other identified KPIs.
- Maintain and administer data and materials in partner portals, CRM, SAP, Service Management, and IT systems.
- Act as a point of contact and provide support and training to internal sales team and key departments on channel management tools and processes and portals.
- Assist in analyzing, documenting, and implementing future initiatives, working as part of a bigger project team.
