About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Channel Development Manager to join our team at Bonito Designs. This key role will be responsible for identifying and establishing productive relationships with real estate channel partners, ensuring profitable sales volume and strategic objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential real estate channel partners based on business requirements
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts
  • Coordinate company resources to meet partner performance objectives and expectations
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives
  • Lead joint partner planning processes to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
  • Proactively assess and validate partner needs to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Sell through partner organizations to end-users in coordination with partner sales resources
  • Manage potential channel conflict by fostering excellent communication and adhering to channel rules of engagement
  • Develop solutions that best address end-user needs while coordinating company and partner personnel involvement
  • Ensure partner compliance with agreements and drive adoption of company programs among assigned partners
  • Recruit new qualifying partners to expand our network

Requirements:

  • 2-8 years of experience in real estate, distribution, or interior design companies
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Results-driven with a focus on meeting sales targets and driving business growth
