About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Razorpay. This role will involve establishing and nurturing relationships with channel partners to promote and sell our products or services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create sales pipelines for converting mod market customers into payroll product subscribers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all new Razorpay clients coming through various inbound lead sources.
  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product awareness and demand.
  • Use sales tools effectively and drive maximum efficiency.
  • Perform platform/solution based sales for all new prospects.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of sales experience in SaaS or in a B2B setup.
  • Experience in the Payroll/SAAS industry would be an advantage.
  • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of partnership dynamics and the ability to negotiate complex agreements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant business tools.

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon, Mumbai

Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum (depending on experience)
