E-commerce Channel Growth Manager

Amazon Global Selling is a leading platform for third-party sellers to sell their products to customers in India. As an E-commerce Channel Growth Manager, you will be working with multiple Amazon and external stakeholders to deliver best-in-class seller experiences and help existing sellers expand their business on the Amazon platform.
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join Amazon's Global Selling team and drive business growth by recruiting third-party sellers that deliver competitive pricing and broad product selection. You will work closely with senior executives at interested sellers to successfully negotiate deals and onboard new sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand products and services offered by Amazon Services and articulate its functions and benefits to external audiences.
- Work with key internal stakeholders to set priorities and develop account targets that underpin category strategy.
- Review and monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage their performance and achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets and quotas.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers and make informed decisions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence external stakeholders.
