About ASSPL - Karnataka, we are a dynamic organization seeking a skilled E-commerce Growth Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in scaling our Private brands on Amazon Marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute category-level strategies to drive sales growth and maximize coverage of additional products and tools for sellers
- Identify and acquire valuable sellers and select them for Amazon services
- Own and manage integration of portfolio of sellers and help them become self-reliant through basic training
- Discovery of strategic business opportunities for customers through cross-function collaboration with category teams, sales teams, etc.
- Track and monitor performance and sales of key accounts to manage their performance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
- Proven ability to manage the business 'by the numbers'. Must be metric-driven
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience meeting revenue targets and quotas
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience working in a fast-paced and highly cross-functional organization
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills and the ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly
In this role, you will work closely with our team to identify and implement solutions to drive process efficiencies and business goals. You will also be responsible for ensuring removal of any roadblocks that hinder goal achievement with minimal supervision.
As an E-commerce Growth Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary range of ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
